Always know where your children are. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult while at CLRA. This includes in restrooms, on the beach and in play areas.

Be aware of who is around you - and who is not. Report any suspicious activities to park or beach staff.

Be sure your kids know how to float- even if they aren't the best swimmers, knowing how to float can save their life. Be sure to have properly fitting personal flotation devices for everyone in your watercraft.

Follow Fish and Boat Commission rules for boating. Do not permit children to ride in watercraft being towed to and from the Marina.

Listen to park and beach staff instructions. If they ask you to clear an area due to possible severe weather, please do so. It is better to leave a bit earlier than anticipated than be injured by lightning or debris tossed in high winds.
